Triple Chocolate Premix

One chocolate was never going to be enough.

Cookie Ninja's Triple Chocolate Premix layers dark cocoa dough with milk chocolate chunks, white chocolate chips, and a gooey chocolate lava centre. The result is a deeply rich, fudgy cookie that tastes like it came straight out of a premium bakery.

This one's for the chocolate people. You know who you are.

What's inside the box: Wheat flour, cocoa powder, white chocolate chunks, milk chocolate chunks, and chocolate lava filling — all pre-portioned.

You'll also need (not included): 100g butter + 2–3 tbsp milk

How to make it:

1. Add butter and milk to the premix. Mix into a soft dough.
2. Scoop into 6 equal balls. Press a thumb indent in the centre.
3. Fill with the chocolate lava centre. Seal and roll smooth.
4. Bake at 170°C for 12–14 minutes.
5. Cool for 2 minutes. Break open. Try not to finish all six.
