Q: Do I need any baking experience? A: Not at all. If you can mix ingredients and set an oven temperature, you can make Cookie Ninja cookies. That's genuinely it.

Q: What equipment do I need? A: An oven (OTG or convection), a mixing bowl, a baking tray, and parchment paper. No stand mixer, no special tools.

Q: Can I make these without an oven? A: The premixes are designed for oven baking for best results. An OTG works perfectly. We don't recommend microwave baking as the texture won't be the same.

Q: Are the cookies eggless? A: Yes — all Cookie Ninja premixes are 100% eggless and vegetarian.

Q: Do the products contain preservatives? A: No. We use no artificial preservatives in any of our premixes.

Q: How many cookies does one box make? A: Each box makes 6 large cookies.

Q: What do I need to add that's not in the box? A: Just 100g of butter and 2–3 tablespoons of milk. That's it.

Q: Are these suitable for kids? A: Yes — the ingredients are clean and kid-friendly. Always supervise young children around the oven.

Q: Can I use plant-based milk or vegan butter? A: Yes. Oat milk and coconut oil/vegan butter work well as substitutes. Results may vary slightly in texture.

Q: How long do the baked cookies stay fresh? A: Best eaten fresh and warm. They stay soft for up to 2 days in an airtight container at room temperature.

Q: What's the shelf life of the premix (unopened)? A: 6 months from the date of manufacture. Check the pack for exact date.
