If you've ever had a warm Biscoff cookie from a café and thought, "I wish I could make this at home" — this is for you.

Cookie Ninja's Biscoff Lava Premix gives you everything you need to make soft, chewy, bakery-style cookies with a molten Biscoff centre. No complicated recipes. No guesswork. Just real ingredients, pre-measured and ready to go.

What's inside the box: Wheat flour, Biscoff biscuit crumbs, white chocolate chunks, and our signature Biscoff lava filling — all pre-portioned for perfect results.

You'll also need (not included): 100g butter + 2–3 tbsp milk

How to make it:

1. Add butter and milk to the premix. Mix into a soft dough.
2. Scoop into 6 equal balls. Press a thumb indent in the centre.
3. Fill with the Biscoff lava centre. Seal and roll smooth.
4. Bake at 170°C for 12–14 minutes.
5. Cool for 2 minutes. Break open. Enjoy immediately.

Pro tip: Don't overbake. The cookie will look slightly underdone when you pull it out — that's perfect. It sets as it cools and the centre stays gooey.
