Cookie Ninja — Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately at [support email] or WhatsApp [number]. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Returns As Cookie Ninja sells food products, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference. However, we will accept returns or process refunds in the following cases:
- Product received in a damaged condition
- Product received past its expiry date
- Wrong product delivered
To raise a return request, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photograph of the issue.
Refunds Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer.
Partial Refunds In some cases where only part of the order is affected, a partial refund or replacement will be offered at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items Opened products, products without original packaging, and products outside the 48-hour reporting window are not eligible for returns or refunds.
