Cookie Ninja's Kunafa Pistachio Premix gives you a soft, chewy cookie loaded with real pistachio filling and topped with crunchy kunafa strands. It tastes like your favourite Middle Eastern dessert decided to become a cookie — and honestly, the upgrade makes sense.

What's inside the box: Wheat flour, white chocolate chunks, kunafa pistachio paste, pistachio pieces, and kunafa topping strands — all pre-portioned.

You'll also need (not included): 100g butter + 2–3 tbsp milk

How to make it:

1. Add butter and milk to the premix. Mix into a soft dough.
2. Scoop into 6 equal balls. Press a thumb indent in the centre.
3. Fill with the pistachio lava centre. Seal and roll smooth.
4. Top with kunafa strands. Press gently.
5. Bake at 170°C for 12–14 minutes.
6. Cool for 2 minutes. Break open. Let it ooze.
